Giant Microbes Gonorrhea

Giant microbes are great resources for teachers and other educators working with groups in the area of Reproductive and Sexual Health and Sexually Transmissible Infections (STIs). They can be used to break the ice and encourage discussion allowing educators to provide information to a receptive audience. The microbes are made of plush material with a soft polyester fill. They are shaped to represent individual microbes enlarged 1,000,000 times.

Here is Gonorrhea - the Clap (Neisseria gonorrhoeae) - it is pale blue/grey in colour, dumbell shaped with two large blue eyes. Students and group participants will find these giant microbes engaging and amusing.
