Love & Kisses/ the DVD

Relationships and sexuality, featuring people with disabilities

In this 43 minute DVD, personal stories are told through drama and interviews, and reveal the joys and heartbreak of love, sex and relationships. Love and Kisses /the DVD also provides information, education and notes that raise questions for discussion. This is a positive look at the intimate lives of people with disabilities. Four drama scenes are followed by interviews.

DVD Format

This DVD is in PAL format and is region free. If you live in North America, please ensure you have a multisystem TV and DVD player which can play both NTSC and PAL. Need more info? Due to copyright issues, this DVD is not returnable.

Family Planning NSW runs a half day workshop for service providers or parents in NSW who work with those with disabilities. Using the newly released Love and Kisses DVD, this workshop explores issues discussed in the film and examines ways to talk effectively about them to people with a disability. Topics include: dating, intimacy, consent and safe sex, disability, rights and relationships, public and private places and behaviour, sexual safety.
