These safe sex packs are designed especially for Aboriginal people to encourage safer sexual behaviours to prevent sexually transmissible infection and unplanned pregnancy.

Family Planning NSW is one of the only producers of safe sex packs designed and produced especially for the Aboriginal community and they are received with much enthusiasm.

Each safe sex pack contains:

• one condom
• one lube sachet
• step-by step directions on how to correctly use a condom, and
• how to contact FPNSW for more information and support about sexual health.

All this comes packaged in a slim cardboard pack which easily slips into a pocket or wallet and there are two colour designs to choose from.

The cover artworks, created by Western Sydney Aboriginal artist Ms Vicki Thom, uses the images of two hands in traditional Aboriginal colours to reflect the concept of shared responsibility and working together to maintain safer and healthy sexual relationships.

A maximum of 250 safe sex packs can be ordered (250 of one colour or 125 each of both colours).

This resource is only available to registered organisations in NSW Australia, due to our funder's requirements. We regret that quantity orders outside this area can not be sent.
